Benbrook offers a quieter pace of living just minutes from some of Fort Worth’s most active destinations. With easy access to Waterside, Clearfork, and nearby Trinity Trails, the area balances residential calm with everyday convenience.

Located within the Cedar Creek Townhome Condominiums, 5753 Cedar Creek Drive reflects that balance. In conversation, the homeowner shared what she’s enjoyed most about living in Benbrook and what life in the neighborhood has meant to her.

What do you enjoy about living in Benbrook?

I love how Benbrook is a community of its own offering a sense of getting away from the hustle and bustle but yet is so well-connected. The convenient roads and highways make it a breeze to get to Downtown Fort Worth and the Fort Worth Cultural District. And on a beautiful day, you can even bike the extensive bike paths along the Trinity River Trails that will also take you to Downtown.

What is your favorite spot in the condo? Why?

My favorite spot in the condo is the dining area. I love sitting at the dining table drinking coffee in the morning while enjoying the sunshine and listening to the birds chirping outside.

Describe what a typical weekend might look like for someone living in Benbrook.

There's such a great variety of things to do that a typical weekend could be spent enjoying the beautiful parks, walking the Trinity River Trails, or going bowling and shopping at Clearfork. The Fort Worth Botanic Garden and Fort Worth Zoo can be enjoyed year round, and let's not forget about the museums, stockyards, or even driving out to Dallas for the day! You won't run out of things to do!

How would you describe the Cedar Creek Townhome Condominium community?

It’s a cozy little community with friendly neighbors who take the time to say hello. There's a wonderful peaceful feeling within this diverse community that makes you look forward to coming home. Having a clubhouse and a pool on the property is a wonderful amenity to have, especially during the hot Texas summers.

What are your favorite local restaurants?

I love tacos, and Velvet Taco and Torchy's are a frequent haunt. And of course, for a nice dinner, Bonnell's Fine Texas Cuisine is just down the road!
