What is your favorite spot in the house? Why?

What we love about our floor plan is the way it flows so effortlessly. With this in mind, our interior designer, Susan Semmelmann, created a "conversation area" in the center of our home. It's a gorgeous and cozy seating area that is centrally located to our entry, kitchen, living room, and dining room making it the first place our friends and family love to cozy up when we're together! That spot has created memories for lifetime in this house!
